Hair Transplant Procedures
Before surgery: When the patient visits the clinic after deciding on a hair transplant, the patient’s clinical history is checked. A scalp examination is performed. Surgical evaluation & planning is done. Initial counseling is done on all aspects of surgery. Drawing a hairline on the scalp and marking the area where the hair needs to be moved is done.
On the day of surgery: Final counseling is done by planning the hairline.
On the day of surgery, after counseling: The patient’s consent is taken, and the surgeon can take several times. Patients are tested for drug allergies.
Before the procedure begins: Some medications are given to the patient to ensure a comfortable experience. The patient changes clothes and usually has his hair cut short.
